This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 442 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 442 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes full effect from the date of your account registration or the first date you access the platform, whichever comes first.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from completing your registration and from using 442's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated version.
The 442 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 442 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are required to choose a strong and unique password for your 442 account and to ensure it is not shared with any other party. 442 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or your password has been compromised, you must contact the 442 support team immediately for follow-up action. All account verifications, including phone number verification, are mandatory security steps that cannot be skipped.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 442 platform are required to use its services responsibly, honestly, and in compliance with all applicable laws. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, use automation software (bots) for gameplay or wagering, or engage in any form of fraud is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from using the 442 platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. 442 reserves the right to cooperate fully with the relevant authorities if there is any suspicion of illegal activity involving a user's account.
Users are also prohibited from selling, transferring, or allowing third parties to use their accounts. A 442 account is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without compensation.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 442 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Boost, and online bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
All successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the stipulated timeframe, depending on the payment method used. For withdrawals, your account must have completed the full verification process before your first withdrawal request can be processed. 442 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
Any transaction fees, where applicable, will be clearly communicated before you confirm a payment. 442 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by financial institutions or third-party payment service providers. Should any dispute arise regarding a transaction, users must contact customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 442 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 442 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or cyber attacks. While we make every effort to ensure platform availability at all times, 442 cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions beyond our control.
442 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user suspected of violating the terms of use, engaging in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by management. In cases of account suspension or closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance in the account may be withheld pending further investigation.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactive account policy, and users will be notified via their registered email before any action is taken. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 442 support team and following the prescribed account closure procedure.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 442 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 442 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 442.
The 442 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. The presence of such links does not imply that 442 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
442 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice to users. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the official website. Users are encouraged to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version. Continued use of the 442 platform after changes to the terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
